Eligibility for Refunds Exterior and Interior Car Wash: If you are dissatisfied with the wash service, please contact us within 3 days of the service. We will offer a rework at no additional cost or provide a partial refund based on the issue. Detailing and Specialty Services: If your detailing service does not meet expectations, please notify us within 5 days of service completion. We will offer a redo or a partial refund depending on the concern. Membership and Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid car wash packages or memberships will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering usage. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
